Q1) Where do I collect my goods?

A1) You can collect from either our Redditch or Alcester branch. Alcester collections may take longer due to transferring goods from main branch.

Q2) What do I need to bring to collect my order?

A2) In order to collect your goods, you will need:

· A copy of you order confirmation, either on your phone or as a print out.

· A form of photographic ID, e.g. a Driving License / Passport.

Q3) Challenge 25?

A3) In some cases, goods such as knives & chemicals cannot be supplied to anyone below a certain age. Here at Morris Mica Hardware, we operate a Challenge 25 policy for purchasing any age-restricted goods. Please make sure that you have valid photo I.D. when collecting your items, otherwise the sale / collection may be declined.
