Description

Need a replacement Ultion key? Order online and collect in either our Redditch and Alcester.

How to Order Your Ultion Key

1. Locate the number on the back of the original key supplied with your Ultion lock.
2. Enter the code from the back of your key in the required field.
3. Codes are a single letter followed by 8 digits, and begin with X or U.
4. Place your order online.
5. We will cut your Ultion key within 24 hours, ready for collection.
6. Choose Click & Collect in Redditch, or collect your key from Alcester.

Registered Keys

If you have registered your key with Ultion, you will receive a confirmation email from Ultion once your order is placed. You must accept that confirmation before we are able to cut your key. Please check your inbox — and your spam folder — after ordering, as any delay in confirming will delay your key.

Codes Starting A, Y or Z

Keys with a code beginning A, Y or Z cannot be ordered online. These can only be cut in person at our Redditch store — please visit us and we’ll take care of it.
